    Wrongfully Infracted

I was given an infraction from Finn for this thread.

    http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=5562158#post5562158

This thread was obviously meant to be posted in the spam forum, and accidentally posting the thread in the wrong forum can hardly constitute an infraction. Finn could have just as easily moved the thread to the respectful forum, knowing that 90% of my posts in the last months have been in the spam forum anyway.

I also feel that this infraction may have been given with a bias against me for some reason, perhaps because I've been here for more than 4 years and have not yet received an infraction until now. I was also puzzled to find this on my profile, not having received a PM informing me of said infraction.

Now I understand that while this is a minor infraction and isn't something that will really matter after it expired, I'm hoping the infraction itself can be completely removed from my profile, and not just reversed, because it wasn't deserved in the first place.

    Thank you for your time.

The thought that it may have been a Spam Forum thread genuinely did not spring to mind (especially given that the Spam Forum is a good few forums below General Discussion), but I shall take your word that it was meant to be for the Spam Forum, and so I've deleted the infraction. However, Daily, don't accuse me of giving biased infractions just because you were demoted, as that is fallacious.
