also this (Blue)skin looks default to me.

You should speak to TDD if you need web design work done, he is awsome at GFX and probably most regarded artist on sythe.org

 

By my guess, most of this is default, with the exception of the header image. My guess is that the image was done by TDD, but probably the only people who would know would be Sythe, and maybe Matthew or Pen or TDD, you might want to try PMing them.
