1. All payments are made prior to a service beginning, or at the discretion of an ADMIN or SERVICE MANAGER payments can be made in increments prior to each increment of a service being completed. Payments are only accepted by an ADMIN or Service Manager
2. You must change your password before AND after the completion of any service
3. You will provide all the supplies for the service. Unless agreed before.
4. We do not refund after payment is done.
5. Before ordering you must move any unnecessary wealth not needed for the service completion off the account. We are not responsible for any losses of wealth that occur should you fail to remove your wealth from the account. The only exception to this is IRONMAN accounts, which will be handled on a case-by-case basis within the respective service ticket
6. We are not responsible for any bans or mutes during or after the service is completed. All services are completed by hand on runelite whenever possible, and screenshots are provided as often as possible.
7. You keep all the resources that were collected during the training.
8. We can refuse service for any customer or any order at our discretion.
9. While your service is in progress you may not log into the account unless you have permission from the SERVICE MANAGER and the worker assigned to your order. Always ask this before logging in!
10. All provided timeframes are estimates and are non-binding
11. Customers will send details of the account directly to the worker using a Private note, and are not to be shared ANYWHERE else.
12. We are not responsible for any damage done to your account such as defense levels gained
13. We can make changes over time in our terms of service. We will always inform you in the announcement channel.
