If you wanna put a link to a site in your signature your allowed to?

you dont need to pay anyone

 

If your site isn't used for moneymaking purposes, you can advertise it in your signature.

However, do not spam or post your site's link or recruit members or you will receive a 30 day ban for advertising.

If you want a commercial link slot, I would PM one of the admins, whose names are in Yellow.

 

I was going to put an advertising bar for a community that is related to progamming/runescape blackmarket/gfx/etc

I would put it in your signature and just don't make it super flashy or annoying.

If a moderator warns you for it, just remove it.
