Need Help! Stats/Money

Hello,

I am trying to get the quickest possible 99 for under 10m. I'm not sure what to choose from, or what would be a good guide/way to do such a task. Also, I was wondering about the best place to train strength as a level 89 with 10m (can get dharoks) 73 strength, 74 attack, and 70 defence.

but if you want a quick 99 get hunter and make a good 35mil (last i checked) then use the money to get more dh and get 99 str at monkey guards or w/e on ape atoll or just sw it

 

Quickest 99: Cooking and fletching. Both achievable with your amount of money.

Fletching will take a while if you're doing it for under 10 mil, I recommend you fletch willows until 80 and after that do yews for it to be cheap. Cooking will cheap and easy, so I recommend it over fletching.

 

Go Cooking, you can do it easily for under 5 mil with cooking gauntlets. Also, look up a few guides, the latest ones (from this year) pretty much all tell you the exact same thing e.g. levels to start cooking what with gloves etc.

I suggest cooking cape. It's cheap and fast.

As for strength I don't know much about. you can try bandits with whip/godbook. or ape atol with dharoks at pray alter. I hear those are good options.

In my opinion I think you should just enjoy the game but if you really wanted to get 99 something make it a combat and if it is a combat make sure that you are a pure they work the best so overall ranged would be the most usefull or strength.
