    Wow ya if someone was breaking into my house i would have just picked up whatever was close and if it happened to be a sword then so be it cuz im trying to defend myself when he could have a gun.

    But eh if that guy just had like one stab wound then i dont think anything will happen to the other guy BUT if he had multiple stab wounds than ya that guy will go down for manslaughter or something.
