93 or 99, is it really worth it?

Yes, wrongful thinking on my behalf. It's way more than 20 hours.


And about defence, I might or might not level it to 99. One 99 already seems breathtaking. But i'm pretty sure it'll help (I've fought against level 90 defence, and it's not a joke).

 

The cape is worth it.

 

idk if this topic is stil opwen but... i think you should get 99 its for looks, skillcape and 1 more hi can help alot in pvp (or normal kills)
