Most Useless Languages to Learn?

Today I was happily browsing through the Runescape forums when I noticed they added more languages to the forums.

The languages were pretty much useless unless you lived in that country.
Here's a list of the newly added languages.
1.Swedish
2.Finnish(not really new)
3.Spanish
4.Polish
5.Danish
6.Dutch(not really new)

Which got me thinking why would they add that it's useless most of the people that play Runescape speak English,French,and Spanish.

Now don't flame me if your a Swede or Pollack or a Dutch but there's actual schools here in the U.S for people to learn useless languages like Finnish,Swedish,Polish Etc.
Do you think those countries (below 20m) should just unite and make a new language?
I know it sounds stupid but think about it.
What languages do you think are the most useless?

 

No I Spanish is important I myself speak it.
It has a lot of speakers worldwide.(329 million)

 

Living in Texas, you should know that a lot of people in America speak spanish now. It's not useless.

 

I didn't say it was I just said It was an added language for RSF and I speak it to.

I don't think they're useless, there are actually a good few hundred players of each language. eg German RuneScape has like 1,000 people on at a time.

Every language in the world should be discarded and everyone learns a new one, or a current one.

 

Spanish German and French are like the best languages to learn. Maybe Japaneese or Chineese if you want to go on a vaction to asia.

 

I think it's fine the way it is, there are obviously enough speakers of those languages on RuneScape to make the language available..

Are you an idiot? Mandarin is a huge Chinese dialect, and China is an emerging economic superpower. Would look brilliant on a resume` to say you can speak Mandarin for business reasons.

 

None of these languages are useless, especially considering a vast majority of Runescape players are European. The only useless languages would be languages no longer spoken (unless it's for cultural reasons) and the stupid swiss-German dialect which makes no sense to any other people who speak German. All languages added are greatly spoken.

God, don't comment on this forum if you don't have anything worthy of saying. Japanese and Chinese - Which is actually either spoken as Mandarin or Cantonese and written as either Chinese simplified or traditional, you silly person. These two languages are together, spoken by more people than English..

Ever considered that languages can be useful in the real world =D? Also, did you know most of those players are American's and Brit's who are there to bot and take advantage of the empty spaces.

 

No language is useless. Linguistic knowledge can give you a huge advantage in real situations.

But uhm.. I haven't seen it, since I don't play RuneScape, but does it matter if they add new languages? Can't you just keep your own languages? What's the problem with new languages? As far as I know, here in Denmark, people who play RuneScape quit before they even learn English, hah, so it's pretty good in my opinion.

 

swedish was useless ... im by my self swedish but there is only 100million that speaks swedish and its 20% thats a kid..

I would disagree with spanish know that language you get all the girls.

 

French should be useless it's so gay.

 

I happen to be Danish. But, I agree, than unless you're Danish, its useless.

I think, German, its the most ugly sounding and most useless language.

 

I just think Finnish,Swedish,Swiss,and danish are just plain useless why would anyone learn those languages if he/she doesn't live there.
