RWT KING scammed me $105

About a month ago, i bought RWT KING's account located here: http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=693212
We used Nick as an OMM, the transaction was cancelled due to KING claiming he didn't have the email of the account. He then said he had the password after Nick had left and being stupid, i sent the $105 to him via pay-pal gift.

After sending the $105 payment, KING decided that he didn't want to give up the password yet, instead he decided to play clan wars. After about a half hour, he quickly sent me JUST the password and logged off msn. Before i had time to change the password, he had already changed it. He also claimed that i never sent the payment, when i have the transaction details right here:

Here is our pm conversation, i thought somehow i must of mis-copied the password, but he actually changed it.

Also, can someone please help me out by telling me if there is any way i would be able to get this money back, i cant dispute it because it has been sent as a gift and i don't know what to do.
