    Someone is asking to buy it from me on MSN saying they saw me from google. Now if I go through with it on paypal, can there be any issues?

    Yes, if he scams you, there is nothing you can do. The chances are he will likely charge back.

    Personally I'd block him straight away, theres nothing anyone can do if he scams.

    An outside buyer wouldn't accept a middleman. Ask him or her to go first. Take steps to verify that the paypal is theirs.
