If someone donates and is banned?

Well i was just wondering if someone donates a large amount of money to sythe, do they get it back if banned? Take for instance Fatih.. The idiot donated $200 will he be getting that back? Also if aloud anyone mind telling me why he was banned? Was it for spamming so much he had 35 posts a day?
I think they shouldnt get the money back as it is totally their fault for getting banned.

Thats like asking if you donate money to a charity, can you ask for it back if you end up in financial troubles. Obviously the answer is no .
