Making a nice poster using Microsoft Words

    Firstly, Open up microsoft words.

Next, depending on the theme of the poster that you are making, carefully select pictures. You will want pictures with no background so that you can match the pictures with the desired background later on. I have chosen a theme on Xrays and the type of poster i will be making is a magazine cover. With that done, here are the pictures i have chosen.

I already painted the background of the pictures with a simple splash using the software paint that can be found under the accessories folder in windows.

I have chosen a main picture in the middle of the poster to be the primary focus, hence i only need 1 picture.

Moving on, you would want your words to look better and more attractive. After changing the font and the size of the picture, together with the character spacing and the colour, the words should look like that. Insert this text into a textbox and format the textbox making the fill of the textbox "no color"

Next, Select the scribble tool at the insert shape box. scribble around the word that you want and try your best to make the shape look as realistic as possible. You should get something like this:

Next, format the picture (change colour, gradient etc) that you scribbled then send your picture (the one you scribbled) to the back and it should look like this.

Keep doing this until you are completely satisfied with your design. Try to scribble outlines and such to actually make your words "glow". After spending half an hour doing this, i got this: (Raffles is my school)

After another few hours of fixing all these words and images that you created, you will get something like this: (mine is a magazine cover)

Good Luck in creating your own! Hope you enjoyed my guide.

A very unique guide, I haven't really seen anything like this on my time on Sythe.

However, It's very basic and you could've gone into a lot more detail. With this being said, I still liked the guide and keep making more of these guides, but remember, go into more detail!
