Ultima online 3rd party

Hey guys im looking for some help i play a game called ultima online Ive been playing on free shards for years its some what like Runescape so i was thinking yall might can help, Ive notice yall may know how to make clients for Runescape but on ultima online / free shards you need to put in an ip and port number to get on a server when it comes to runescape all you need to do is have a web browser right? im just trying to make a program some what like uo razor is but not so much macroing and all more for pvp the thing is my trouble is trying to fig out how to connect to a server how do i code in a ip and a port just let me know if im SOL? lol thx for reading and helping if you can any bit helps thx
