How mail an envelope/sythe donations [Request]

I'm making this guide due to a request I got from a user who wasn't sure on how to set up his envelope before sending it out.

This is a very very basic guide because all I will do is show you what to do.



~ What to do ~

First you wanna buy some stamps. If you don't have stamps then your mail is going nowhere.

*You can get stamps from your local grocery store or mail office*

This is how you wanna arrange your information on the outside of the envelope.




That is how you should have your set up.
Once you wrote everything up just go and mail your stoof.

you should include how to have the money inside (beetween two cards) and how many stams you will need from places like the UK and outher countries.

 

Btw even the costs...

 

I thought everybody knew how to mail an envelope.. Oh well. If you want to improve upon this, I suggest you give info like Sythe's address, how to protect the money (wrapping it in paper so the money isn't visible), etc

 

This isn't a "guide" it's just here to show people where to write their stuff.
I answered the guys PM and that's all I was doing, nothing more.

If you want a fully detailed guide on mailing and stuff I won't write it because I'm not knowledgeable in this field.

Well I mean you did pretty much try to pass it off as a guide, even in the OP. I didn't know there was already a place with the address, so I'm sorry for asking that. You should include a link to that in the OP though, that and where to write everything on the envelope is pretty much are you need.

I'm not trying to be an asshat or anything, lawl. I think it was a good idea posting this, maybe it'll get more people to donate since they know what to do. I was just giving you some C&C. Like I said, not meaning to be an asshat.

When I say "Guide" I mean something official by me that will be used in my application.

This is sort of a tip/guide for people that don't know. Although it may seem foolish for you but some people really don't know where to put the address. (My self included, I had it sent back to me because I put it in the wrong place.)

 

Too basic to be a guide, sorry. It serves it's purpose but you could at least say that stamps cost 44 cents and international stamps cost 94 cents. Maybe information about insuring it, etc. My point is, if the guide is over mailing envelopes/sythe donations, you need to cover all aspects of it.

By the way I already made a similar guide.

 

I think Fatih was just trying to answer the guy's PM and rather help other people with the same question? I don't think he wanted to go in depth?
