Replying to the message Gen left on my first thread.. Oh I thought that was my email on my account...If I had to guess [redacted] or something on those lines? I don't have access to that email either anymore

 

I am assuming you still have 2FA access? If so, provide a new email for me to add onto the account. If not, please follow the 2FA removal template.

 

Hi Gen, just checked my phone and I don't have my 2FA anymore as I did reset my phone few months ago but couldn't import my 2FA... I am posting from my home IP and the email address I confirmed in the previous post is the current registered one? I did also provide a previous email address before this current one also... the btinternet.com one If you need anything else lmk
