How they scammed: Never finished my request.

I see this retard started advertising on Sythe right after my first report, probably tries to scam others.

@DARKIIS If you cannot pay him now and need to do a payment plan, that is perfectly fine so long as you make those payments. For the safety of the market though, you will stay DNT'd until the total amount is paid back.

The work you should have been doing for @Rune_Dragon. I'm sorry but there is no sympathy here if you accepted that payment and the work wasn't done.

@Devil Do you mean the old ToS? Because that's in the report, last picture. If you mean the current chat between Dark and me, i did not accept anything. He had more than enough time to finish this request and remember, he ignored my messages for weeks several times.

Seeing as @DARKIIS isn't making an attempt to refund, he will be banned 3 months for scamming + a permanent DNT until he decides to pay his debt. The contract was void @DARKIIS when you decided to ignore his messages for over a month with zero progress. He is not obligated to work out a revised deal with you such as the one you described in your Discord messages. He wants a refund for the work you chose to ignore. If you wish to rejoin this community and continue offering your services, you will need to fully refund @Rune_Dragon the $1700 and then request a pardon.

I truly hope you do the right thing moving forward @DARKIIS and make an attempt to refund him. I am sorry for your loss @Rune_Dragon.
