Summary:
Basically, he and I agreed to trade. 1 of my TF2 Gift for his $10. I went first since I have no vouches. So I went first, sent him a TF2 gift, he claimed it and never responded to my PMs after he said he will send his payment shortly. It has been quite a few days now and he's still ignoring my messages.
