This is an updated guide to Claim and canceling
Sick of getting scammed and you finally want to
prevent it?!@!@!

If the user says they cannot complete an item dispute
claim and cancel chances are they are on a stolen paypal
Any stolen paypal that trys to do item dispute claim and
cancel doesn't let them do it Good luck on not getting
scammed guys.

To check if the person claimed and canceled you go to
your email address linked to your paypal it will show up
as item disputed then item dispute closed!

Mod if possible please sticky this somewhere.

STEP 1.

Make the person send the payment as GOODS



STEP 2.

Go ahead and send the person the money.



STEP 3.

After you have completed sending the money click the
Sent payments option and this screen should pop up from
here click on details



STEP 4.

On this page your going to want to click resolution center



STEP 5.

This step your going to want to click item dispute then continue.



STEP 6.

This step you need to click i didn't receive my item and then
click continue.



STEP 7.

Write that you have yet to receive your item click continue once done.
Your dispute should now be open.



STEP 8.

Return to the resolution center.



STEP 9.

Click the view option for the case at the resolution center.



STEP 10.

CLOSE THE DISPUTE!!!

 

Nice guide. Also a good way to prevent getting paid by stolen Paypal accounts, make the buyer send you an email from the paypal email they will be using to pay you.

Also, Alex (Unb4nn3d) taught me that if buyers sent as Payment Owed, you wouldn't have a chance of getting limited when they charge back. Example "Gift" you sometimes normally get limited. (This post was mainly for people who uses gifting)

Good guide, is anyone else getting a problem when claim and canceling? I claim it and then when i go to cancel paypal says there is an "invalid" error, ive had this happen to me 4 times now, all i have to do is call paypal to get it canceled but still its kind of annoying

Isnt it much more simple to send as a gift? o.0 . The sender cannot receive the money back right ?

 

It can happen but it involves a lot of work and lying to paypal. In all cases though, I believe a credit-card funded account can chargeback any payment. I only ever use C&C myself for payments larger than $50, I've never had a gift reclaimed ever.
