How are you supposed to unban these accounts?

Question is simple:
How do you unban accounts which have 'expired' or 'quashed' offences and yet are still perm banned? They are all in green zone and have no appealable offences.
I tried account review thread from the first month it was released up to this date, apparently they just ignore this type of accounts.

 

The reason for permanent ban is permanent...
I've only had an account in the red zone go green, not a perm'd one.

 

Before they removed last chance appeal i had no problems unbanning permanent bans, and i already unbanned perm banned rwt-ers with 100% success rate using account review thread.

 

Just wait till you get an appeal , you really cant do anything else.
This may take months, maybe years.

 

I had an account like this, I couldn't figure out why it was banned, so I sent them a message asking for help and they told me I was in negative credit because of a chargeback.. that could be your issue.
