AlienGuise (Change your computers theme)

I have been asked to make this guide so here it is.

It's kind of old but it works.





To get these themes we need to download a program called AlienGuise and then we can add them. In this tutorial I'll show you how to get both.





Steps



1. Go to http://www.alienware.com/community/alienguise/theme-manager.aspx

2. Click "Click here to download AlienGuise" which is found on the right side near the top.

3.A window will pop up and ask you to enter your email, please do so and then click "Download"

4. In the next window you will see:

Download AlienGUIse™
Theme Manager [28MB] for Windows Vista™

Download AlienGUIse™
Theme Manager [38MB] for Windows XP™

if you have vista then choose the first one and if you have xp choose the second one.

5. After you choose and click on the "Download AlienGuise" thing the download window will pop up.

6. For xp users click "Save File" when it pops up. For vista users just click something like save or whatever.

7. Now the the AlienGuise setup is downloading so you can start installing it as soon as the download finished downloading.

8. I hope I don't need to explain to you how to install a program but if you need me to let me know.

9. Once it's done installing you can open AlienGuise up and choose what themes you like.



Tips




To get the cool windows media player skins like I did you have to go to the site and go to the bottom and click "Download Now" for the media player skin that you want.

You know, you could have just spread the link around. I think everyone with half a brain knows how to download something and then run it. Thanks for the website, but your guide sucked except for the half-way decent pictures. Don't center different steps, it's annoying. -_-

It wasn't really a "guide" people just wanted to know how so instead of giving a link I told them how if they didn't know.

 

Ima Try It out now . My battery just came in, so I dont have to have it plugged in constantly, and Im going to try it . I''ll reply on this again when it works or dont

Wow. I wanted a theme like urs, but i get a buggy one, and the free ones are shit. -.- I thought all of the themes were free...
