Explanation of the trade:
I have bought around 550 Tutorials about 2-3 weeks ago, i had 0 issues when i used about 150 of these accounts, but on the 7th of november, all the accounts sold during a month +/- have all been banned because of a proxy chainban. I did not pay for banned accounts, and definately not for service that ignores every single message by me.

How they scammed:
By not offering the product that they advertise for, you can't just sell 100s of banned accounts without even banchecking these accounts.

This is the first time in 2 years of botting, that I started a scam report against someone. I guess everyone has been scammed in his days in the runescape business, but getting scammed like this, It's just something i can't swallow.

All accounts are ban-checked 6 days after completing tutorial island, then rested 3 more days before being added to stock. You've purchased 382 tutorial completed accounts in the last month. Our ToS says you're to report issues with the accounts within 15 minutes. As your last order was placed on the 29th of October, it isn't covered by any warranty.

Again apologies, for not making it clear as to what the current status was.

Our ordering is all done through Discord. In order to open a channel to order, you'll have to type -open in a specific channel.
The first message in that channel lets you know that you agree to the terms of service upon opening a channel. The following message then tells you how you can open a channel.

According to gunman I have bought 382 tutorials.
Right now i have 264 unused tutorials remaining, so i have used 112 tutorials without any issues, all going great.

Then on the 7th of november i wanted to use 10 new accounts to start testing them on a script i made. But i logged in on 3 and they were banned, so i thought it was my IP at first, so i put on VPN, same problem. I asked 2 friends to log into them, same problem.

So i decided to set my email onto one account

I posted this within half hour in the "monke account" discord, where gunman / medusa have verified there was a ban-wave on all the accounts even dating from 1 month ago.


I also never accepted the TOS or bother reading it on purchase, since i immediately skipped to the order tab.

 

Also according to gunman it was on the 29th of October, I cannot confirm this since there was no ticket / message for this. But it's probaply the correct date +/-

I am half involved with @MonkeAccounts and I'd like to point something out about your statement above, especially this part.

The problem with this is that the accounts were purchased on October 29th. It is more than possible for these accounts to be mass botted by that point and it's impossible to place fault.
If a ruling is made that a partial refund is required after date of purchase then it leaves a precedent and this can easily be abused by others who purchase accounts, mass bot, and claim it was the fault of the provider.

Please re-evaluate this

 

Also to add onto this, the Sythe guide to ToS states that what we do is allowed and a valid method of providing a ToS.
