Sythe iPhone Application

Considering the fact that we have very intelligent people on this site and sythe mobile already exists, I was thinking maybe someone can make a sythe application for the iphone/itouch etc..

What do you guys think? >_<
And what do you think the app should have?

 

I do believe this is not as easy as you think it is. Making an IPhone application for an entire website will not be easy.

 

Cant you just use the browser?

 

Why not just type www.sythe.org in the iPhone web browser....?

 

As I said: Add things to it to make people wanna go on the site more using their iphone.

 

For some reason though whenever I type in www.sythe.org in my iphone web browser it only comes up as a white screen.

Btw as for a response to your suggestion, it'd be kind of useful if it has some sort of 'extra' thing such as 'recent market posts', but it would be for the most part unnecessary and time consuming. Since you've already donated $200, maybe you could ask Richard if you can give the funding for it, or make it 'official' after you find someone to do it.

Yeah i think its a great idea, i suppose the mobile.sythe.org is alright but an application would go beyond the site. Definately worth asking a Mod about. Look forward to seeing it if it goes through

 

And while you're at it, pay me to design the entire interface for the application, considering I've been working with the iPhone GUI since its release

I think the sythe mobile site isn't too bad using the browser though really

 

Works fine for me. At least 30 of my posts are from my iPod Touch.

 

What 'extra' features could you get it to do? I think www.mobile.sythe.org is good enough to be honest with you.

 

Have features where you can add accounts that your interested in in some kind of a folder place thing and you can like drag threads there, compare prices. I dunno. >.<

 

You're not going to find someone to do that for free. Besides, theres a mobile skin.

 

Hmm can't you go to like Google on your Iphone and go to Sythe from there?
