Disputing a Ban

I was banned because he posted a conversation he made with me, What he failed to show you is the fact that after he was scammed I attempted to reconsile the problem and offer him help the only reason I have a six-digit for sale in my thread and if you read my thread AcidDrop middleman'd the sale of one of my accounts for 2 SIX digits, The six I listed was one of the six's I recieved VIA that trade.. He insisted on SPAMING my thread with accusations and flaming my thread He posted a Simple S/S of someone who claimed they were gonna scam people. While I was on my NEW msn.. speaking to AcidDrop this guy gave me a KeyLogger he sent me a copy of my own hack and had it lurk with a trojan that keylogged my account he even admitted it here.

Meanwhile someone I have traded with was also almost scammed.. and they managed to take screenshots of the whole thing...

as well AcidDrop had a conversation with me and the hacker at the same time and unless I have fingers of lightning speed which I don't theres no I way I could talk to Devour,AcidDrop the kid scammed on 2 seperate messangers at the same time.. AcidDrop had s/s's but he removed them..

When this kid was getting scammed I had already posted that I had lost the MSN, He failed to check my THREAD. Given I should hold control over my MSN at all times this is a very vaild point However, There is nothing I can do about getting keylogged at the same time the kid scammed lost his account I gave him a message on my new MSN, I spoke with him in details but he was VIOLATING site rules by posting in my Trade thread how I scammed him and I was a scammer I asked him on 4 seperate occasions to please remove thoughs because I was reporting people who had done so. He said after you give me a six digit I will remove them, I stated his accusation in S/A is allowed because he has been wronged may not be by me but he was wronged he said he didn't care if he was banned/infractioned and continued to have a on-going war in this thread.

as for xxJBxx's accusations he purchased my cheats and I stated in my rules you are NOT to leak this hack to anyone or it will be DISBALED, He purchased my cheat and gave it to Xeleration for a DECOMPILE check of the hack which he admits here.

That violated my rules so I remotely threw my website DISABLED the protection on his cheat warned him about it, He then Disputed on PAYPAL and LOST, PayPal ruled in my favor and I made him pay a $10.00 re-activation fee.

In summation I have not SCAMMED anyone, Seems like some people don't like the way I do Business I.E. WorldSpawn & xxJBxx this doesn't stop them from spamming the crap out of every thread I have posted.. TeamEv0x started to do so in the end.. while this TeamEv0x kid was scammed I had nothing to do with it.. I was attempting to help him in anyway I could and he didn't want to hear it instead he flamed me, Posted flames and Accuastions in the forums, Called me a Stupid DYKE Bitch and a Dirty Skank, Given he was Scammed and I do feel terrible about his loss, His way of Addressing me and Dealing with me is not how I like to be dealt with so I blocked said user and washed my hands with it.

I would ask for a UNBAN a complete RE-REVIEW of the said scam asking him to supply his entire discussion with [email protected]. He showed you that I told him that his responce wasn't answered because there are 2 billion steam users because he didn't show you he sent me a message saying..

Well I contacted them 3 Hours ago and they say that I can't get it back FUCK. AcidDrop was present for this and did see and read this while having a similtanious conversation about it in another window, You guys were only shown what he wanted, If you request S/S's of logs I will post but I hope this is enough.

 

You, or whoever you were at the time scammed, and were planning to scam more.

That's enough for a ban by itself.
