There is already lighting on the render, so the lighting seems off.
You seem to always have good flowing effects, with sub-par text placement.
Remove the "Squidge" and try to tone down the tiger scratches behind as perpendicular lines break the flow.

I can't really say much criticism on the piece as I really like the whole composition, but one thing I must say is that the font and the sizing used on the word "Assassin" looks out of place. It's a bit too large, and the graffiti style looks unusual.

But apart from that, I really like the signature as a whole; colours, lighting, render, all of them piece together nicely.
