i heart str told me to leave you guys a note and temporarily suspend MMing as he was temp banned for getting involved in a scuffle with D M S Rawrs and has been temp banned for build up of infractions from that Scuffle.

 

Too bad he is a SCAMMMER, i sent 220 dollars and suddenly hes paypal account is limited. Hes putting no effort to give it back and also tries to scam me the second way to tell me to send the same ammount of cash and then demand it back which will demand also the other 220 dollars back. Since that was hes second method i replied ; 'Werent you limited.. you couldn't receive nor send right?' Shortly after that we broke contacts and my 220 dollars are gone.

i heart str has fake vouches. Look at the one by shogunate and click on it. Shogunate never said that. He said i heart str scammed him for $200 and i heart str edited his post and made it look like a vouch.

 

If this is the case make a report thread in report a scammer.
