    Paypal limitations, what should I say

    A week ago I sold my gp to a vendor.

    After receiving money through PayPal my account was limited instantly. I looked at other posts on sythe with similar topics, and noticed that all of them had some kind of connection to F&F transactions.

    I don't really know how to tell apart F&F and sales and goods transactions, but the icon on my activity log was some kind of a shop, so I assumed the transaction was via sales and goods.

    I don't really know what to say to the customer support since I don't really have proof of fulfillment or anything like that. I don't even know what I did wrong tbh.

    I don't think I broke PayPal ToS and I don't wanna say something to the customer support that will mess this situation up even further. So what should I do?

    If you look at the payment you received is there a fee displayed?
    If there is no fee displayed then it would be f&f payment. If there is a fee displayed on the payment you received then it should be goods and services payment.

    I would just call PayPal and be honest and upfront about the situation. You are not wrong for receiving money, if it was goods and services and the payment was f&f that means the vendor broke PayPal ToS and you are not the one in the wrong.

    Also, is it really necessary to call them? What advantage does it have over message center or emailing them?

    Also, I wanted to know if it's required to get any kind of proof from the vendors.

    Just contact them and they will know what to do, it's hard to tell what they require and why the account was limited.
