The first picture shows the Format of a post is extremely alike.

Please check through some of the threads here, I've found many like mine. It's a cool looking format, nothing to be going crazy about.

And the 2nd picture showed the account that I have that is the exact same as K-Tards, check allsteams.com. As you see, last night I purchased it from him.
