Hello,

I asked xxxx to MM a RSPS transaction, we went back and forward since he did not have a wallet that supports LTC.
Once I send the money he said that there is a active scam report against me what is untrue.
So we are over 45h+ later and Pirate (Pirate) now wont respond to me nor provide any proof of me scamming or ever taking any money of any user.
I went to the cops to make a report on this since this is the second time this happens, first time Andy (Andy) just refunded my money.
I tried talking to Pirate but he seems extreme toxic and unwilling to help or even respond, he called me names like "monkey" "child" and "low IQ".
I also spoke to xxxxxxx and he said I did never scam him but then when I asked Pirate they tell me a complete other story. I do not see how this is allowed to be lied to just for his own advance.
I also asked if we can put a timeframe on this since am not gonna keep waiting in the dark without any news, I saw in other cases they give the OP 24h to respond to the matter.

Also its really disapointing that a staff member speaks in this way to some.

I'd like this to get solved quick and woud like a higher up member then Pirate to take this matter in their hands. Since they are calling me names and dumb.

Thanks for your time and I hope we can set a timeframe on this since 45+H to look into somthing is way to much when handling some else their money. Also I like to mention I have written proof of all things been said Pirate is trying to find a needle in a haystack.

Seems odd you can reply here quick and do not answer pm's.

I hope we can solve this since I've been waiting 2 days now for no real progress.

I've now blocked you, you posted a report here, you can deal with it here.
I don't need to be spammed by you constantly with information. Spamming me doesn't solve anything.
Deal with the issue with Sythe, I'm not a mod, it's not up to me to make the call.

I didn't take your money. I'm holding it. I make no money in doing this, I have no gain in doing this. I am simply trying to help right a wrong.
You constantly spam me, it's not just "are there any updates"
I have a life outside of this transaction believe it or not.

When Sythe mods reply telling me what to do with the funds, I will send them where they tell me. Until then, I'm done replying to this.

 

I just asked any updates since Pirate blocked me, normal not am left in the dark for 40+h and you expect me to just be waiting for days.

Solve this like a adult and respond to my question yes or no, this way I dont have to ask you multiple times.

You have my money so you took it. Holding would be u hold it for me.
