TWC due to a known bug

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

Hello, I am here to dispute the reasoning of my TWC.

Starting from the beginning, I have had to change my discord is due to my previous account being banned.
I created a new account, Instantly came to upload new details on Sythe.

I managed to upload quite a few of my threads then i started receiving delays in threads opening/loading, When i eventually got some open, I updated my info, click save & I receive an error.

Fresh/try again, No luck. Consistent issues. I try again a day or so later, I manage to edit a couple more no issues. I then start receiving the same problem, Its something i have experienced over the last year or more at least, Not just this time

In the report its mentioned by Zora that i should have mentioned it to staff,
I did infact mention it to himself around a month ago while having the issues.


I PM Zora about the situation of the TWC, & He say's him self its a known bug.


The picture above pretty much is my disagreement here. How come i am punished for a coding issue within the website that is " known issue "

I understand listing a different discord could cause a potential scam, But Both imposter reports that have happened will have miss typed a letter, lower case B or something along the lines, i am still in ownership of the Baod#3924 account, its just banned when i attempt to log in. So Nobody can be scammed from that account.




The email i received for the ban. proof can be provided its been sent to my account/email.



At the time of this report & Scam attempt, From a clip of the reporter, there is proof i have attempted to change my information, as that message at the bottom is my signature.



Also here, i Dont expect him to see this due to the size, but my info was changed everywhere that i was able to with out having errors.
