Ok, so I downloaded windows XP SP2

So basically I torrented Windows XP SP2


I now have the .iso file inside the folder where I downloaded it, on my mac's desktop.

When I try opening it with bootcamp or VMware fusion, it won't let me saying there is no boot-able CD when the ISO file is on my USB/desktop >.>


Does anyone know how I can boot this is up?

 

mac os will automatically mount images as drives like daemon tools does
you have to selete the file to mount first not click the cd

 

You need to mount if first bro, or burn it to a CD. It can't be bootable from the desktop loll =] Hope this helps you
