Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:
I was unable to fufil Cub'z order and WAS unable to refund right away because of issues going on with my paypal, and IRL, I have been actively paying him back, and stayed in touch with him the entire time, discussing the issue. He himself supposedly asked mods to uplift my ban, I had absolutely zero intentons on scaming anybody, and now im being accused of ban evading as well. which i dont understand how, when refunds were issued?


Anythingo else you wish to say: I've been notified by an old member on here (WHOSE BEEN HARRASSING ME) that even if i were to pay cub'z back, my dnt wouldnt be uplifted? I dont understand how or why, or even if this is true. But i feel as this is unfair, for an honest mistake, considering ive been on sythe for awhile and never had any issues until that week,,
