Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: Jeff asked for a refund and my friend had agreed to pay it then I did not hear from him for over a year so I thought it was paid and moved on. Then Jeff messaged me saying he wasn't paid back yet but it was a really busy time for me and I had stepped away from Sythe and did not have time to check disc everyday.

Anything else you wish to say: The debt is paid back and there was not a ton of communication regarding the issue and he caught me at a bad time when he did want an answer.
