I myself used to sell steam cafe accts AND NO they dont use the same digits over and over, My friend used to run a lan centre that used these. AND YES, they logged in with a userass NOT A CERT. NO PROGRAM NEEDED BUT STEAM. AND, the digits are randomized every login to protect against vac detections and rid BANS.

Ive made HUNDREDs of dollars selling Steam Cafe, THEY ARE LEGIT.

 

You probably the same guy as UncleDeath that used to scamming people here. He ask me to use "Kreative" a well known mod on ***0wned.com forum as MM a trade between me and UncleDeath and when i'm asking him "Did you check the account?" He said "I did" but after I made a payment he/UncleDeath went offline and block me, and the account are invalid.
