What do I do now? This was via Paypal. I know I didn't go in detail but I need to know what I can do. I'll provide more information.

70 cents? Who would dispute that amount? Was it a gift? If not, did he claim and cancel? Details please.

Not much you can do since, I'm assuming, it's a virtual item trade. It's only 70 cents and there's probably around 30-40 cents fee since it wasn't a gift.

No. They'll just refund his 70 cents. But you can easily get 70 cents TBH. Nothing you can do. What low life disputes 70 cents?

I was just wondering if my PayPal would get limited by this. I know, .70 is nothing to me. But, it's a question.

If the said amount that was taken back was 70cents, I don't see why you would require this money, seeing as it is infact 70 cents.
    But nonetheless..
If he really charged back what he had given to you, your PayPal will most likely not be limited.
If you were to try and get evidence to prove that you had payed him, and it wasn't sufficient enough to prove that you HAD, you would become limited.
Not much you can do with these sorts of trades anyhow. If it's for a virtual item, Paypal does not support it.

Even so, if you're scared that your Paypal account is going to become limited,
    create an extra account.
If you make it Canadian, you have unlimited sending for up to $3700-4000(I'm not 100% what the actual sending limit is), and send it to that account.

If your really worried then just refund the money, and when it asks you what you want to do about the case say choose the I have refunded option and just let the case close.
