    I used to play A game like this in 2007, I wonder how much interest I would of got from my money in the bank :eek:.

    Why would you play a game? I'm 17 and I trade stock options...

    Lol yo would've gotten like 1 percent interest, assuming u get half a percent a year leaving in bank. Do (1.005)^2 multiply that by how much money u have to see how much u would have total. Or, do Your money * (1-(1.005)^2) to see profit. The 2 is how many years.

    So basically if you leave your money in a bank it takes about 350 years on average for it to double.

    Lol i looked at rankings, there are no pros on that site.

    The prize thing is misleading too, The prizes aren't even worth my time lol. No wonder it fails.

    Why not do real stock trading? 50 dollars can get you a couple of stocks to get started.

    Because there are plenty of stocks that alone are worth more than 50$.
    To invest properly, you need diversification, a good game plan, and a good share of capital.

    I'm currently in the DECA stock market game, and we are neutral. STJ crashed, OLO and CAT are doing really hot.

    Buying stock with 50 dollars isnt trading, it would be considered investing.

    I do both trading, and investing.

    I trade options (more risky) and put some of the profit into investments - stocks which I will be indefinitely growing my position in. (investing)
