How many pounds should I be lifting at 14, I heard it stunts your growth.

No, im not kidding, but you may stick to your plan.
I need no help, I obtain 850 cals a day, I've sent all I needed to to DKM.

I've dropped 25Ibs, and I'm getting off in about 2 weeks.
    I honestly needed it for wrestling, i don't have a problem :)
I plan on eating 1 bag of doritos after im off.

If I feel like passing out to my extensive exercise, I carry around food in this case.
I may obtain more then 850 a day, it pends.

    Read the 4th post.

Some people's bodies need more calories than others.

Plus i'm taking Prozac, one of the side effects of that is weight gain which i've unfortunately picked up that side-effect, that's why I havn't lost nor gained any drastic ammount of weight.

You sometimes need to loose weight drastically and rapidly.

    Gym?

I occasionally go to the gym, but never to lift weights. I only go when it's too cold to run outside. Also, I had shin splits for a month over the summer, so I just did cross-training (swimming, biking etc.) during that time. I hate running on treadmills though, so most of the time I just endure the cold (and god knows there's a lot of cold up here. I live in Maine, by the way.)

    Lol, no.
Lower the weight class the better, in my school anyways.
I'd get trampled in a high class.

you cannot last for a long period of time on 850. I burn about 80 an hour breathing and you probably burn around 60.

The trick is to be at the top of a weight class. Let's say there are classes "60-70" and "70-80", just for argument's sake. Now if you weighed 72kg, you'd be stomped by someone weighing 80kg.

If you can afford to drop 25 pounds you can't be much of a wrestler to begin with.

If your eating 850 cals a day and just lost 25lb, you'd be crushed by a 10 year old.

    Gym?

    2.5 - 5kg max.

1600 is perfect for me, like i said im not a body builder and my body doesnt require a whole heap of calories/fat/protein to continue to burn/grow/etc. I dont burn myself to exhaustion each day. my 1600 diet isn't 100% strict, it can go 1800 or so.

check your BMI, Id say your Average.

atleast the weed will keep you in some sort of shape .. lol

    Gym?

in progress of building home boxing gym (heavy bag, speed bag etc), and have been training on and off for past 10 months.

occasionaly do weights, just to do something different more than anything else. i try to keep the reps high and explosive rather than low and slow which is the far more popular way at the moment (i.e body builder types). i also stick to compound movements (bench press, squats etc.)

probably eat 2500-3000 calories when im training, but studying atm so 2200ish.

will be getting back to hard training in a month.

5-6 days a week - skipping (jump rope), running, heavy bag, speed bag, calisthenics and occasional weights session.

too bad main thing i need to work on is stretching... but i fucking hate it.

There was an article in the newspaper last year about A lady in London who lost weight by lifting two 3kg bags of flour up and down for 2 hours A day.
Try that forA home gym ^_^ .

I'm currently 180, same height. It all depends on how much muscle you have, you can be flabby even at a lighter weight. If you can do push ups and have no trouble walking for an hour, then you're definitely not fat.

she would've been way better off walking up and down her stairs =/
