Whats the cheapest way to 99 herblore?

At LEAST 70m for 99 Herb. But it's ok, you can't use the new potions in any form of PvP at all now, so you don't need to worry about leveling your herblore.

Clearly most people aren't reading the whole thread since he said he has the money to spend on it.

I heard making prayer potions are the best. But look it up on Runescape Wiki. That's what i do. Wait up, i'll grab a link >.<

Not even work gettin 99 Herblore.
The over-powered potions aren't allowed in pvp.

 

There is no cheap way but there are cheaper ways and you can find them by looking on youtube.
