I can threaten them as much as I want as long as its within TOS of Sythe lol the only thing I've said is I'll make sure they regret it and eventually will have Gen or V handle this report.? And banned lmfao they openly admitted a worker scammed and weren't banned so we are doing far less than stealing from clients so I'm sure we are safe.

Whats unfair is they admitted their worker scammed and still got away with it lol. And no where in their TOS was any of this mentioned that their system was unsafe, no where was it ever mentioned to their client that his PW might be unsafe with their unsafe system, and their entire logic of it just magically got hacked as soon as it reached the employee that they said scammed.... Its bs and not just unfair but its blind negligence on behalf of the staff who voted on this.

No where was I informed of their TOS when creating a ticket and sure as hell wasn't anything mentioning 'Discord being vulnerable so if you get hacked its not our fault'

I did not violate their TOS

This is the most activity this forum has seen in months. Kinda nice i believe the mods did the best they could giving the circumstances. I’m sorry things didn’t go the way you were wanting.

 

And you being upset about the out come of the report doesn't give you a green light to trash people's reputation, even IF their worker did scam you, there are bad apples everywhere, but the ends don't always justify the means.

 

They admitted to him scamming, ofc it didn't go his way hes out nearly $10,000 and the mods were like "Yo sorry we are ignoring the admission of guilt from the owner and we are ignoring the TOS situation ", and I'm sure that the 20b it would cost to rebuild the iron is more than you've had knock on your doors in the last 12 months.. Its not about "going spences way" absolutely nothing was done for him and Mafioso pulled the scummiest move ever, this is probably one of the worst iron cleans that's ever happened on this site.

Yes because I haven't been active in months of course its been dead, I was the only person to stand up against a ton of BS that happened here and it helped remove one of the worst scammers in history known as Rungold so yeahhh this situation is fucked and I've dealt with more fucked up situations with less proof.

This one we have proof and an admission of guilt + their entire defence is their own flawed system they are running with invalid TOS in regards to this situation...

We've proven Spencer wasn't on his account or logged in near the time of the clean and we know their response is "someone hacked their ticket tool by viewing who was in it" which is absolute dogshit as well lol.

Once V or Gen come around we'll have to go over everything which im hoping happens...

Would be a damn shame when someone can admit guilt, have that in a screenshot and they still walk away without owing a penny and profiting off the service itself.
