Explanation of the trade:

On October 8th, 2021. I placed an order of $159.99 for RS3 GP. Live chat states it was an eCheck so that processing time would be extended.
October 13th, funds were successfully taken out of my account. I initiated another live chat for an order update, and they still said it was processing.
October 19th when I initiated a refund request via e-mail and the individual stated he would process the refund. / Also ask in live chat, I am told it will take 24 hours.
October 20th I ask for an update, same individual states he would need a ID + Selfie proof to initiate the refund. I send it.
October 21, I initiate a live chat and they state it will be initiated and that it will take an additional 12 hours, and no documentation of refund is provided despite my many times of asking.

How they scammed: Not fulfilling my order + not refunding said order

I know how E checks work it is standard they wait for them to clear before delivery, however it seems as though the service you received here is very poor.

Can you please help this customer, documents should only be needed to deliver gold, not to process a refund of the payment which was promised to the customer.

Can you please forward the refund on to the customer or some sort of evidence of the refund to comfort the customers mind?

I am aware refunds can take some time but Paypal should certainly have some receipt of this.

@Ghris C Sorry this happened, I'd personally advise against using Echecks wherever possible as they complicate things for both parties.

Let me know if you have any further troubles or would like to see the refund stamp.
I have it and have provided it in deleted to keep it private.
