accusing someone of scamming WITH proof

Hey... i got an infraction for apparently "Accusing of scamming without proof" on the thread/post http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=5520953#post5520953

But you can see right there that i posted a link to the post i posted in the 'report a scammer' section (which still hasnt been looked at it seems). If you go to that link (http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=704232) you can see that its pretty obvious that he scammed me.

I am knew to Sythe so i dont really know the going ons here but to me it seems that youre looking out for the scammers. All im trying to do is look out for others.

 

Until your report has been assessed, you cannot accuse him of anything.
