Title kind of says all.

How to get your BMI.

Get your Height & weight.

Eg. Height. 1.2m. Sum is 1.2m x 1.2m = 2.4m
Eg weight in kg. 50kg.

Overall sum 50kg / 2.4m = 20.83

So the body mass index is 20.83

Be honest. My mass index is 24.67 which is average.

Below 18 is underwieght. Over 30 is obeast. BE HONEST

 

i haven't weighed myself in a while, but according to my last known weight, i'm a 20.0

Your are classed as an anorexic if your bmi is under 18..

 

You need to do research before you answer criticism. Anorexia and underweight are not interchangeable, no matter how much people use them as such.

This is a pretty useless reading though, it would classify bodybuilders as obese!

 

Which is why BMI is useless in the first place. Weight doesn't determine health.

I had to calculate it last semester and I was 19 or 20.

 

During my senior year of high school, at my last wrestling weigh in i had 6% body fat. But i'm only 5'6 and weigh 135. I know for sure since graduation a few months ago, (class of 09 ftw) i've put on atleast 10-15 pounds.

Exactly. I am a wrestler and most of my weight is muscle. I weigh 170 pounds at 5 foot 8. My bmi is like 25.
