This does not work anymore, I remember doing this. I was lucky because my account only got banned for doing this. It is a crime to do this. Also they removed the option of echeck if you only checked.

Didn't I just confirm this to you...

Go log into runescape and choose paybycash. Then go through all of the forms etc it has you go through. When you get on the paybycash website you will notice there is no echeck option available.

 

Regardless of this working or not, scamming money is illegal. You will get banned and possibly sued depending on the severity.

I've done everything but it asks for the last 4 digits of your social number. I typed something randomly and it didn't work.

when this got leaked it took jagex about 4 days to patch it, and after that it took them months to ban everyone who had used the method. So they don't always patch everything quickly. Mind you this was leaked ages ago.
