Your flow is too chaotic and towards the guitar more than the focal that you wanted, presumably Hetfields face.

I don't like the split saturation either.

You should put effects on hard light on sigs tbh, thats what it looks like you've done anyway.

 

The flow's far too chaotic and weak, and as squidge pointed out, the focal's more on his hand and the guitar than his face, because of the colour attraction, and the positioning (rule of thirds). Colouring/effects could be improved too.
