DGKDale = Scammer.

He started off being a nice guy , I traded with him earlier, he went first and all went good. Then about 3 days later, I traded with him again, this time he asked ME to go first, and since I thought this guy was kool n all, I decided to go first.

Paid him a 1 month and 4$ USD for a booster, but right after I gave details / money, he logged out and possibly blocked me.

Watch out for this guy. He is a scammer. It was my fault for going first to this scrub...

I would have proof but i didnt think I'd need it for this guy. Anyways dont ask me for proof, hes a scammer and if u dont think so then trade him and find out the hard way.

Lol leechers are a different story... You just have to use an MM for them or let them go first. That is because trusted traders have NO idea if the leecher is yet another scammer...

I'm agreeing with you here, he recovered the xbl account after a day or so. trade with caution

 

The way I see it is, I'm highly trusted, and I 90% will say MM either way....Usual scammers will just say "nah I won't go first because MM's scam" To me that's a dead give away, if they aren't willing to go first to me and refuse a MM when I offer it.

Also I've noticed an influx of leechers stating "I will not go first no matter what" then you offer a MM they still say no? I'm just assuming most are looking to scam.

Ok, well I've done business with Roxy before I believe and my advice is post proof.

I recommend ANYONE who needs a MM to contact me if it's an account/live/msp trade and I can usually MM it if I'm around, I just prefer not doing paypal trades because I've been charged back and do not want that again.

I agree with Nurse and DJ weasle, If you are UNSURE do not assume they will do good to you, Get a OMM or MM, Thats why I offer for an OMM or MM now.

 

when people get banned for scamming do they get ip banned or just username banned?

It depends on the circumstances. If you get banned for the first time they aren't gonna IP ban you. I'm sure theres an exception to that but from what I've seen they do not.

If you have been banned and then make a new account (otherwise known as ban evading) they will ban you even if you haven't scammed on that new account. Alot of ban evading will usually lead to an IP ban.

Legit says im a scammer, yet I don't even know him. I asked to trade my Halo 3 account for his Runescape account and he says scammer LOL!
