How to Communicate with people

Hello everyone!
Some of you may think "WTF is this guide, I know how to communicate, what an idiot!"
Well let me correct you: 90% of the people do NOT know how to communicate properly!​

Communication in the real life:
I'm going to use an example here:
You start talking to a person. Important things:
- Eye contact: ALWAYSlook in the eyes of the person you are talking to! This is very very imporant! IMPORANT NOTE: DO NOT mix eye contact with staring! This can freak people out and make them feel scared even!
- Finding a mutually interesting topic: This means never talk about weather or boring topics, this will just ruin the communication and make the other person think you are: raw, boring or simply stupid.

General topics people enjoy talking about:
- Everyday events
- Sports, In- , Outdoor activites
- Psychology - (Only the higher educated people.)

Important things:
When the other party or person is talking, never interrupt, this is raw and completely rude and disrispectful.
If the other person is highly educated for example, always take out your knowledge and talk with a wide vocabulary as possible (meaning do not use swear OR cuss words.)
Always show you are interested in what the other person has to say, even if you really do not care. Otherwise they will think you are a fucktard.


Internet communication:
There are not many things to watch out for on the Internet:
Some Important things:
- Mutual respect
- Again a topic

Again, same things apply: Try to find out what the other person is interested in or how highly educated he / she is and start out from there.

This guide may seem like it's just a crap and everybody knows it, but it is NOT. Many people tend to forget these things and make an idiots out of themselves.

Good guide but not really completes all aspects of good communication...

For example, when you look into other's eye, you shouldn't stare at it, instead you should keep a light smile to make them feel comfortable about it (about you looking at their eye)

Reported, get some friends, get a life, get manners and stop spamming random peoples thread. Just because you do not go outside of your house it doesn't mean people might not need communication guides. I fully understand you live in a cyber life but I didn't write this guide for you, Tard.

 

When will you learn I don't care if you report me? Report me a million times I don;t care. When you learn to write a decent guide then maybe I will take you seriously. Your guides are pathetic.

Hmm considering most of my guides have hundreds of views and some dozens of posts I consider my UE career a little better than yours. Oh and by the way report me all you want, I have yet to recieve a warning/infraction.

I agree with you his guides are nowhere near the best. However, as the senior member, display some empathy. You were him once. Even if you came to Sythe more advanced than he is now, you should be wise enough to help him up instead of putting him down.

So many things in this guide are wrong. So we should put on an act whenever we talk to people so they don't see what we're really like? What a terrible lesson to teach people.

Also why do you assume "highly educated" people don't swear? And even if you act like you know what they're saying they should see through you if they're so smart.

It's in your best interest not to read this guide. The best "social" guide I can think of would simply say "Stop reading internet guides on how to interact with people and just be yourself".

Also, in general for making guides: make the colors have a meaning. That's much more effective than arbitrarily changing colors per sentence. Also, when you say "this guide may seem like a bunch of crap but it's NOT", can you give us some examples of when your guide helped you in real life? In other words, why are you reputable?
