Now that [N]ick is gone...

It seems that nobody has taken the opportunity to help with the report a scammer section. A few days before he left, October 4 to be exact, I submitted a scam report about a guy named Price Check. I have provided any staff members with sufficient information to charge him or her with the appropriate penalty, but it seems that nobody will take that responsibility. After 2 weeks of no reply, I have started to feel lost hope, that this accusation won't go anywhere anytime in the near future. Maybe the problem is not enough staff to work on these pages upon pages of reports.

I realize that eventually, after being persistent, my thread will be read and the appropriate action will be taken. But for the time being, I feel frustrated that nothing is getting done.

I didn't do many reports, mainly the ban evaders/fake vouchers/major scammers, but again like I've been saying... 5 reports every couple weeks from everyone.

 

It's true, there's such low activity for the Scammer report section.

Something like that wouldn't work unless every moderator participated, which would pretty much be impossible.

 

Not really, most of the inactive ones are losing their ranks anyways. 5 reports doesn't take long to do.

 

Exactly. Especially since mods and admins are among the elite, dedicated kind of people, a well implemented system could quickly improve efficiency.

 

This sucks man sythe's going to be a scammer site if it goes like this

 

*Oh no, a Moderator left! The site's going to go up in flames!*

I've seen threads like this for a long time, and nothing has changed drastically because of a resignation.

Use the Report a Scammer section as a reference to check if a person you're going to trade with has been reported. If he has, don't trade with him.

The reports will be answered when people get round to it.
