    Tracking cookies...

Apparently these ads from .adbrite.com and .content.yieldmanager.com come from sythe. Every time I visit, I get several tracking cookies, and the flash ads yield the same name when hovered over.

Go back to norton, rinse, repeat. Revisit, more tracking cookies.

    This results in
    a.) slow internet browser
b.) collection of data that isn't expressly consented to
c.) waste of time on my part to constantly remove them

Is sythe's administration aware of this?

Of course Sythe is aware of the tracking cookie. All ads give you tracking cookies. They do not slow down your browser unless you have a shit computer and you have no reason to remove them.
