To those saying Nuclear Weapons are the worst consider this, by using them in WWII the U.S. successfully saved many lives by using them instead of invading which would have had much more significant losses. I would have to say curiosity is the worst thing because all of the bad things were invented because of it. If that doesn't count I would have to say drugs and alcohol because they are so addictive and are used on such a large daily basis.
