    How they scammed: Said it would be done in 1 hour at frirst then 2-3, then said their "worker had internet issues" and hasnt responded since apart from "let me know when u report me".

    it was a miscommunication as he said lmk when, after i said i will report him but really he meant let me know when you want the refund.
