I think the best f2p thing without skills is: air running. Go to wrld 16 i think and get with full inv into the air altar. then req assist a guy who offers and do that all time. this makes 100k/hr
with skills like mining i think mining rune is best ^^

 

Air running is good but not reliable as there are some times that people arnt there with very high level Rc. and lots of ppl try to scam you. smithing is 100k/hour making steel bers and you get exp on a skill :} this might be the best you can do for f2p.

 

Try making steel bars then selling, running airs(only if they have a high runecrafting level) and there are many other methods but i would recommend these.
